Management Fees & Charges
This industry is characterized by hidden fees e.g. admin fees, service charges for managing your property, tenancy finding fees, etc. We here at Secure Rent Property do not agree with this. We offer a fresh approach to the lettings industry by focussing on the needs and wants of the landlords we work with with the aim of creating a long-term relationship. Alternatively, we can offer a flat 10% management fee if you decide not to proceed with the fixed, secured rent model.

Example of Guaranteed Rent Let and how it works oppose to standard renting
The table above shows the breakdown of renting a property where the market rent is £1600.00 and Secure Rent Property gives a guaranteed rent of £1400.00, the landlord’s sometimes say it is the lower figure they would achieve but and any high street agent can give them a figure which is above the guaranteed rent but when the practical side of the letting comes in and the amount of rent received is less compared to guaranteed rent plus the peace of mind that at no stage you rental payment would stop because on guaranteed rent we as a company take the responsibility of the rental payments.
